Message	Just b/c the officer was fucking around w/ him does not constitute entrapment. See, the officer did not make him slow speed (lol, that sounds strange), he chose to do that himself. would be the same if he was speeding, or if he decided to race him. Entrapment is more along the lines of being fooled into committing a crime. speeding etc is more voluntary. maybe one of the cops on this forum can be more specific about the laws of entrapment.
